Second Time’s a Charm.

This was our second safari booked through Serengeti Steppe Travels, and I would rate them as one of the best safari companies in Arusha. A huge thanks to our tour coordinator, who was incredibly helpful with our accommodations and routes. We were also absolutely thrilled that they were able to arrange the same guide for us as last time. It was an absolute pleasure to travel with them again; their considerable knowledge added so much to our tour, and it honestly felt just like being with an old friend. On our first trip during the dry season in July, our main objective was to see the Great Migration in the northern Serengeti. That trip was fantastic... we were even lucky enough to spot FIVE leopards in Tarangire National Park and had a close encounter with a rhino in the Ngorongoro Crater. This february, we returned hoping to see the migration calving in the Ndutu area of the southern Serengeti. Nature truly has its own spectacular way of working, and we were greeted with the unforgettable sight of thousands of baby wildebeest. Our guide, who honestly must have xray eyes, spotted so many incredible animals for us this time around, including a rare serval, a family of bat-eared foxes, and four rhinos in the Ngorongoro Crater. If you are thinking of going on a safari, I would highly recommend Serengeti Steppe Travels. They will flawlessly tailor any itinerary you might want to consider. Exceeded Our Expectations

Our family travelled with Serengeti Steppe Travels, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire trip was extremely well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. From the initial planning to the final day of the safari, everything was handled with great efficiency and professionalism. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail of the itinerary was thoughtfully arranged, which made travelling as a family completely stress-free. The accommodation arranged for us was very good. We stayed in comfortable, well-maintained lodges in Tarangire National Park and Serengeti National Park. The lodges were clean, pleasant, and ideal for relaxing after long days of game drives, adding greatly to the overall safari experience. Our guide and driver, Leonard, was outstanding and played a major role in making this trip so special. His knowledge of the parks, wildlife, and birdlife was excellent, and he shared it generously throughout the journey. He was always punctual, kept the vehicle clean and comfortable, and ensured we had enough water, soft drinks, and refreshments during the drives. Leonard’s dedication truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible wildlife sightings and unforgettable moments. His professionalism, work ethic, and genuine passion made this safari one we will remember for a very long time. We highly recommend Serengeti Steppe Travels to anyone looking for a reliable, well-organised, and high-quality safari experience in Tanzania.

Perfectly Organised 5 Day Safari

Our group spent five incredible days on safari with Serengeti Steppe, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The planning was smooth and flexible, and the team adapted everything around our own accommodation in Arusha. Once the safari started, everything ran perfectly. Salehe, our guide, was fantastic across all five days, calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife. His experience meant we were always in the right place at the right time, and we never felt rushed. The vehicle was very comfortable and kept spotless, lunches were excellent, and the locations chosen for breaks were always peaceful and scenic. Five days that went by far too quickly.
